手术后记

手术也已经过了好几个星期，稍微在此记录下手术后记。

上个星期前去医院拆线，咔嚓咔嚓 - 医生就在我的喉咙处熟练地操作着他手上的剪刀，当中的小确幸是还好不太痛，但现在眼看那长长的疤痕 -- 看来医生所谓的小小的手术伤口的定义和我们这些平民老百姓不太一样。不太确定这疤痕是不是会一直那么明显，但还好本人不太在意，搞不好这疤痕也可以变成和新朋友交谈时的话题。

以下是医生让我看的囊肿的图片和相关报告，报告中的英文都是一堆生涩难啃的医学名词，且让我在此翻译一下：（注：中文翻译未经专人校阅，若有误还请赐教。）

Clinical History :
Right hemithyroidectomy for thyroid swelling.

病历:
右侧切除甲状腺囊肿


Specimen Elements：
Specimen designated --- Right thyroid lobe
Thyroid weighs 44g and measures 7.5X6.0X4.0cm. Cut section shows a nodule with colloid nature measuring 7.5cm. Separate piece of tissue weighs 9g and measures 3.5cm. Representative sections are submitted in 6 blocks.

样本:
指定样本 --- 右甲状腺叶
甲状腺为44克，7.5 X 6.0 X 4.0厘米。切口显示7.5厘米的胶质结节。另一小团组织为9克，3.5厘米。该切片取自6号病楼。


Microscopy:
Section shows include those from a nodule as well as the remaining thyroid lobe and a normal-looking parathyroid attached to the capsular tissue. The nodule has a fibrous covering of variable thickness. It is composed of a collection of colloid-containing follicles which vary greatly in sizes. Many follicles are large and cystic containing pink colloid. Thick bands of fibrosis with dilated blood spaces and showing haemosiderin deposition are seen in the nodule. Psammoma bodies are absent. No papillary structures are seen.

显微镜检测：
切片包含结节、甲状腺叶及外观正常、连结囊状组织的副甲状腺体。该结节被不同厚度的纤维包围着并由大小相差甚远的许多含胶质滤泡构成。多个滤泡很大且有着含粉红胶质的小囊。观察看见厚层纤维与血管径扩张，有含铁血黄素沉积在结节里。无砂粒体。无乳头状结构。

Interpretation:
Right thyroid lobe: Benign colloid nodule. No malignancy seen.

诊断：
右甲状腺叶：良性胶状结节。无恶性迹象。



现在伤口什么的一切恢复良好，唯独声音我还在痴痴地等。给我打工的地方造成了麻烦心里真的挺愧疚的。每天早上起床声音都好像有力正常，但不消几分钟又变得虚弱沙哑。啊~声带检查了没问题，真的是神经的问题么？喉返神经啊，麻烦给力点。

希望声音也能赶紧恢复吧，我想大家都想念我的声音了。呜呜~
